California Weather is Great for the most part!

Wind’s tend to blow through at good speed and it’s rare for it to rain all day or rain at all , We will always do our best to ensure you get your perfect beach day!

We ask for prompt responses & flexibility if there is a unexpected change in weather so that we can move forward in the best possible way.

You’ll have options

You can either :

  1. Cancel with a full refund: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before start time. Reminder to please read confirmation email to confirm when your setup is scheduled.

  2. But once you cabanas is on location or has been setup, we cannot refund you.

  3. Reschedule (subject to day/time availability)

  4. Move forward & hope for the best!

  • Due to fire hazard please refrain from barbequing under or next to the Cabanas as it may catch on fire and cause damage. If you choose to BBQ please be at least 5 feet away from the cabana.

  • Please note, The Beach Cabana Rentals reserves the right to breakdown your setup at any point.

  • If rain is in the forecast we do not set out blankets due to them absorbing a lot of water. If it starts raining during your setup feel free to leave and find cover! please send at text to let us know.

  • We reserve the right to push your booking (or) Reschedule the start time if we can’t setup in active lightning and thunder or inclement weather.

  • We reserve the right to move your booking to a different location, to either avoid an unexpected event or conditions.

  • If thunderstorms are actively approaching the area we must begin breakdowns to ensure the safety of our employees and guests.

  • We always ask that you lower the cabanas and umbrella if the wind picks up over 12mph as it could break our equipment, we ask for special attention to this as winds tend to pick up.

The Beach Cabana Rentals: reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any point of your scheduled time and breakdown your setup do to inclement weather, ocean levels, or an unforeseen situation or condition.
